I am looking to gain quickly and steady for the next 2 to 3 months. My goal is to put on 20 pounds. I am currently consuming around 4500-6000 calories a day.

My normal calorie intake has been between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. Even with that I've gained about 10 pounds over the last 4 months. I would say my current fitness level is moderate. I work construction so I'm on my feet all day averaging around 20000 steps plus the exertion of carrying cement bags, lumber etc around the job site.
